Bread bowl
Baltasis Pyragas supplies frozen products to hotels, restaurants, and other caterers with an expiry date of six months. Freshly baked bread is frozen to -40°C in the blast freezer within 3–4 hours and thus does not lose any of its nutrition or flavour. Frozen bread is stored and transported at a temperature of -18°C. The defrosted bread must be consumed within five days.
Ingredients: wheat and rye flour, drinking water, rye extract, sugar, malt extract, iodised salt, yeast, caraway seeds.
Size: diameter – 115 mm, height – 70 mm/120 mm.

Consume within: 180/5 days (frozen/defrosted).
Packaging: 40 boxes on pallet. One box – 30 loaves.
